The ISOC for RIC project has established three interconnected security operations centres operating around the clock. The network provides continuous monitoring, threat detection, and coordinated incident response across national borders.
The initiative was delivered by Egida Security Solutions from Croatia, Comversum from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Trony Network from Montenegro. It received European Union co-financing through the EmBRACE Small Project Fund under the Interreg VI-A IPA Croatia–Bosnia and Herzegovina–Montenegro programme.

From Project to Ongoing Service
The centres share security information in real time, helping teams identify threats and coordinate their response. Following the project’s completion, they continue operating as a lasting regional cybersecurity service.
For smaller businesses, this cooperation provides access to specialist security capabilities and supports more resilient operations.
